Larkin Hubert was crowned Miss Bay County 2020 on July 17, 2019. She is an actress and performed a dramatic monologue during the talent phase of competition. Her social impact initiative is Be-YOU-tiful, encouraging kids, teens and young adults to gain confidence by embracing who they are.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Larkin served as Miss Bay County for two consecutive years and competed at Miss Michigan in June 2021. She turned over her title in August 2021.
Larkin Hubert was the 56th Miss Bay County.
