Miss Bay County 2022, Kayleigh Carter

Kayleigh Carter was crowned Miss Bay County 2022 on August 7, 2022. She performed a contemporary dance to “Listen” by Beyonce.  Her social impact initiative is Listen to Her: Maternal Mortality.
