Sabrina Lipan was crowned Miss Bay County 2025 on August 17, 2025 at Garber High School. She gave a stunning vocal performance to the song “Astonishing” from the musical Little Women. Her service initiative is Mental Health Education. Sabrina is the 62nd Miss Bay County.
