On June 13, Sabrina Jeffrey was crowned Miss Michigan’s Outstanding Teen 2012. Sabrina won Little Miss Bay County in 2009 and went on to be crowned Little Miss Michigan 2009. We are very proud of her and all of her outstanding accomplishments!!
