On July 20, 2014, Mallory Rivard became the 51st Miss Bay County. Mallory is a Bay City resident and student at Saginaw Valley Stat University. She won over the judges through interview, physical fitness, an opera performance, on-stage question regarding volunteerism and an elegant white evening gown.
